Daniel Dao has led some of the industry’s most famous sports and entertainment activations, and now leads Havas Sports and Entertainment in the U.S. as Executive Vice President, Managing Director.
He began his marketing career on the road, managing a national tour for Coca-Cola while in college. Since then, Daniel has worked in over 70 countries and crisscrossed the globe more times than he can count on behalf of projects like the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour and the Olympic Torch Relay. The grassroots activation toolkits he created to support the 2007 Live Earth concert were used in 130 countries at 10,000 events to reach millions of people.
When not working, Daniel plays golf and enjoys spending time with his wife and dog in the Georgia mountains.
Brad Jansen is a sports and entertainment marketing expert who has spent the past 20 years using the power of fan passions to grow brands.
He has helped major global brands like Coca-Cola, Disney, Volvo, Citroen, Motorola and Louis Vuitton shape their strategies to deliver engaging experiences and create shareable content, with his expertise extending to major rights holders across music and sports. He joined Havas 7 years ago as the CEO of Havas Sports & Entertainment and Havas Digital in South Africa after years as an event creator and promoter, where he was responsible for hosting and broadcasting international soccer tournaments with teams like Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspurs. Brad moved to the U.S. in 2013 to lead the global Coca-Cola relationship of the Havas Group, and in 2017 became Executive Vice President of Partnerships, Strategy & Creative for Havas Sports & Entertainment USA.
Passions include his family, any sport with a ball, and riding Mustangs—both the horse and the car.
Amanda Daniels has project-managed iconic global integrated marketing campaigns during her storied career.
During her 15 years at the agency, her fearlessness has been key to her success in leading projects for brands such as Harley-Davidson, Samsung, IndyCar, and burn Energy Drink’s Lotus/F1 sponsorship. Embedded within the local Coca-Cola offices, she also has managed Coca-Cola’s sponsorships of the 2008, 2010 and 2012 Olympic Games, in addition to Coca-Cola’s Olympic Torch Relay and Games Time Experiential sponsorship for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
A natural adventurer, Amanda has lived her working life in Vermont, Atlanta, Beijing, London, New York City and Rio de Janiero. She currently resides in Atlanta.
Jenna has spent her career forging successful partnerships between brands and entertainment properties.
She began her career at Grey Global Group before moving to WPP’s M&A group to focus on entertainment investments and acquisitions. At The Leverage Group (now ESP Properties) she led all Business Development efforts and was responsible for clients such as National Geographic Entertainment and the TriBeCa Film Festival. More recently, Jenna helped launch United Entertainment Group (UEG), a joint venture with United Talent Agency, managing entertainment marketing efforts for P&G Beauty & Grooming brands. She's served as executive and functional lead across all client teams at Cake Group US for the past 5 years, before its merger with ignition to form Havas Sports and Entertainment.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys being retweeted and running with her golden retriever, Bailey.
John Teter’s creativity and passion for excellence have taken his work around the globe, where it has been recognized by the Addys and Effies.
He has driven creative ideas at several Atlanta agencies, notably Ogilvy & Mather, before landing at Havas Sports and Entertainment USA. During his 17 years of industry experience, John has led the creative on accounts such as Coca-Cola, Harley-Davidson, Under Armour, Chick-fil-A, Durex, and The Boy Scouts of America, to name a few.
As a kid, John had a thing for fast cars and you might find him trying to live the dream at the local Go Kart track. He enjoys spending downtime with his wife and daughters.
Manny Diaz has traveled to over 145 countries to activate award-winning brand experiences with budgets in excess of $1M.
At Havas Sports and Entertainment USA, he leads the Global FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour, and works with others on the Client Services and Production team to curate extraordinary moments in real time. Notably, Manny has worked on the Beijing 2018 Olympic Torch Relay; 2010 FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour Africa; London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay; and 2016 Rio Olympic Torch Relay. Awards include the Grand Ex Award for 2012 and 2013, and the 2013 Reggie Award for experiential marketing.
In his free time, Manny enjoys photography, soccer, and collecting fine art from artists such as Shepard Fairey.
Abby Daprano is as passionate about mentoring new talent as she is planning and executing world-class events.
Before coming to Havas Sports and Entertainment USA, she traveled the country representing brands as a mobile marketing tour manager for HOST Communications, ProMotion, Marketing Werks, and The Schwan Food Company. As Group Director at HSE, she worked on brands such as The Coca-Cola Company, McDonald’s, Harley-Davidson, and BP. She spends much of her time introducing young talent to the world of experiential marketing.
When not working, Abby is an adventurous traveler and cooking enthusiast who never prepares the same meal twice.
Andy Williams combines deep expertise in experiential marketing with a lifelong passion for sports.
After beginning his career as an event coordinator at Georgia Dome, he went on to help organize the Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City and serve as Director of Events at various collegiate athletic departments. Most recently, Andy led the Harley-Davidson account at HSE, and worked with brands such as Delta, Coca-Cola, and Georgia Power. Notably, in 2015 he launched the Chick-fil-A College Football Experience as part of the College Football Playoffs.
When not working or playing golf, Andy can be found with his wife cheering on their athletic sons from the sidelines. He also serves as the voice of the North Gwinnett Bulldogs football team.
Valeria Herzer has shaped the strategies of iconic global brands and delivered innovative campaigns that successfully connected brands and consumers through the things they truly care about.
She has led the strategic and creative development of integrated campaigns for brands and their partnerships with properties such as FIFA World Cup, the Olympic Games, Ubisoft's Just Dance franchise, and eSport's League of Legends. Now Valeria provides consulting for brands that want to leverage the power of passion point marketing by identifying strategic partnerships and helping brands determine the right areas in which to play, in particular around gaming and eSports. During her storied career, Valeria has worked on diverse brands including The Coca-Cola Company, Powerade, Burn, Danone, Goodyear, TracFone and the Paris Saint-Germain Football Club.
In her free time, Valeria is an avid traveler, music lover and sports junkie, with a special affinity for rugby, soccer and surfing. Having lived in many countries across the globe, Valeria speaks fluent Portuguese, French and English.
