Roland Garros in Beijing

Challenge

In China there are 80M tennis players but few play on red clay.

To promote this sport, the FFT partnered with the CTA and brand sponsors to bring the Roland-Garros experience out of Paris for the first time ever.

What We Did

A popular shopping mall in Beijing was transformed into a RG stadium for 9 days. Fans could:

  • Try out the authentic clay court
  • Enjoy live screenings
  • Learn RG history & discover competition posters
  • Visit sponsor booths
  • Interact and win prizes on the dedicated website and fanpage on Weibo
