FIFA WORLD CUP: FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour 1998 – 2014
Every four years, football fans around the globe come together with Coca-Cola to celebrate their love of the sport. Our challenge was to deliver an international promotional platform, the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola, to unite fans with their passion for football.
What We Did
In 2013-2014, we delivered the largest experiential programme ever by helping the Coca-Cola Company make the trophy the “World’s Cup” through an 8-month-long, 90 country tour involving local communities and gathering local stories at each stop.
Created the biggest roadshow ever which covered over 153,000 kilometers (3x Earth’s circumference).
One million visitors to the FWCTT Fan Experience, to share a personal experience with football’s most iconic prize.
The facebook community grew from zero to over 1.8 million fans, thanks to the engaging content posted daily.
We also engaged local stakeholders: 45 heads of state participated from 50% of countries visited.
