Ferrero Rocher Golden Moments

Challenge

People give chocolates around Christmas in Mexico. Ferrero Rocher wanted to create brand awareness and raise word of mouth on social media at this very special time of the year.

What We Did

Ferrero Rocher started the holiday season by lighting the first ever interactive Christmas tree.  We created an entirely bespoke 8M tall tree made entirely from imitation Ferrero Rocher chocolates. We inaugurated the event with brand ambassador Miss Universe Ximena Navarrette who sent the first 'golden moment' tweet appearing on the interactive digital ribbon on the tree. Fans were invited to share their golden moments on twitter and facebook which were also featured on the tree.

Results

Over 6,000 people attended the inaugural event.

Over 1 Million messages were shared and appeared on the tree.
