ignition wins Event Marketer's Grand Ex Award

On May 6 in Chicago, ignition President Mikey Hersom and nine other ignitors and Coca-Cola execs attended the Event Marketer Magazine's Annual Ex Awards. ignition proudly took home the ultimate supreme of all brand experience awards - the Grand Ex Award for the London 2012 Olympics Experiential Program for Coca-Cola along with three more awards for Best Olympic Campaign, Best Use of Technology (for Coca-Cola Beatbox) and Best Global Campaign.

This is a huge opportunity for ignition to leverage themselves as a leader in the industry as well as the culmination of 17 years of partnership between Coca-Cola and ignition. This marks their first Grand Ex Award, totaling 18 Ex Awards in nine years.
