ATLANTA – International experiential leader ignition, part of the Havas Sports & Entertainment network, announced today the appointment of former VP, Creative Director of OgilvyAction, John Teter as their new global creative director.

Consistent with the agency’s growth and expansion, this role entails global leadership of extending ignition brand’s presence while driving creative innovation into the heart of every program to take full advantage of the convergence of earned, paid and owned media opportunities in experiential briefs.

Based at the agency’s headquarters in Atlanta, Teter is also charged with optimizing creative synergies between Havas Group sister companies in experience-based campaigns. ignition’s clients include some of the world’s most famous consumer brands such as Harley-Davidson, Yahoo!, Coca-Cola, KIA, Victoria’s Secret, Samsung and NFL.

With numerous national awards, double-digit brand lift results and diverse design and creative leadership experience on international programs for Kodak, Durex, Coca-Cola, Zoosk.com and The Weather Channel, Teter is ideally positioned to lead ignition’s growth strategy to attract multi-talented creative people to its core.
